How we work

Exactly how we'd do it for your business.

A stage-gated program in five phases. Each one ends with a decision point, and each one has clear deliverables.

Phase 1 Discover

Map how the work really flows

  1. Kick-off and stakeholder map: sponsor, process owners, IT, and safety and compliance leads.
  2. Interviews and workshops with the people doing the work.
  3. Map the current-state business architecture: capabilities, processes, systems, data and hand-offs.
  4. Baseline the numbers: hours spent, cycle times, rework and errors, cost per process.
  5. Build the opportunity register, ranked by value, effort and risk.
Deliverables
  • Current-state map
  • Baseline metrics
  • Prioritised opportunity register
Gate Agreed, prioritised opportunity register
Phase 2 Design

Redesign the process with AI built in

  1. Pick the top one to three use cases with the sponsor.
  2. Design the target-state process: which steps AI does, and where people review and approve.
  3. Choose the technology: off-the-shelf AI tools, AI assistant skills and open-source agents, and how they connect to your systems and data.
  4. Risk and governance: data privacy and security, boundaries around safety-critical decisions, approval points and audit trail.
  5. Business case: time and cost saved against the baseline, the investment, and the payback.
Deliverables
  • Target-state design
  • Risk assessment
  • Signed-off business case
Gate Your sign-off on the business case
Phase 3 Pilot

Prove it on one workflow

  1. Build the first workflow, for example RFQ intake, requirements extraction, a draft response, then human review.
  2. Test it on your historical data, then run it live with one team.
  3. Measure the results against the baseline.
  4. Pilot report and go/no-go decision.
Deliverables
  • Working workflow
  • Pilot results report
Gate Pilot hits the agreed KPIs (go/no-go)
Phase 4 Scale

Roll it out across the business

  1. Roll out to more teams and the next items on the opportunity register.
  2. Integrate with core systems: project management, document control and reporting.
  3. Training and change management, with a champion in each team.
  4. Restructure roles and resourcing where agents now carry the repetitive work.
Deliverables
  • Rolled-out workflows
  • Trained teams
  • Adoption dashboard
Gate Adoption targets met
Phase 5 Sustain

Make the gains stick, and keep growing

  1. Governance: named owners, monitoring and quarterly reviews.
  2. Benefits tracking: savings reported against the baseline.
  3. A continuous-improvement backlog and the next wave of opportunities.
Deliverables
  • Governance model
  • Benefits report
  • Next-wave roadmap
